Terms of Use

Last updated: August 20, 2026

These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your use of the Fuse media player application for macOS and Apple TV (“Fuse”, “the app”). By downloading or using Fuse, you agree to these Terms. If you obtained Fuse through the Apple App Store, Apple’s Standard EULA also applies, and where it conflicts with these Terms for App Store users, the Apple EULA controls.

1. License

Subject to these Terms, we grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use Fuse on the Apple devices you own or control, for your personal, non-commercial use. You may not copy, modify, reverse-engineer (except to the extent permitted by law), rent, resell, or redistribute the app.

2. Your content and lawful use

Fuse is a player. It does not provide, host, or supply any media content. You are solely responsible for the media you play and the sources you connect. You agree to use Fuse only with content that you own or are otherwise legally authorized to access, and in compliance with all applicable laws. You must not use Fuse to infringe copyright, to circumvent digital rights management, or for any unlawful purpose.

3. Fuse Pro, subscriptions & payments

4. Third-party services

Fuse can connect to third-party services and servers you configure (such as TMDB, OpenSubtitles, media servers, and cloud storage). Those services are governed by their own terms and privacy policies, and we are not responsible for their content, availability, or practices.

5. Intellectual property

Fuse, its design, and its software are owned by us and protected by law. These Terms do not grant you any rights in our trademarks or branding. Metadata and imagery retrieved from third parties (e.g., TMDB) remain the property of their respective owners. This product uses the TMDB API but is not endorsed or certified by TMDB.

6. Disclaimer of warranties

Fuse is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or compatible with every file, source, or device.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, arising from your use of the app. Our total liability for any claim relating to Fuse will not exceed the amount you paid for it in the twelve months before the claim.

8. Termination

These Terms remain in effect while you use Fuse. We may suspend or terminate your license if you materially breach these Terms. You may stop using Fuse at any time by deleting it.

9. Changes

We may update these Terms as the app evolves. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
